Behind the Stardom is a multiplayer negotiation board game. Players each assume the role of a cunning band manager, cultivating musicians and earning remuneration through bidding for musicians and negotiating performance collaborations. To become the wealthiest manager, players must learn to outwardly embrace cooperation, while secretly seize every opportunity to increase their relative gains.
